Didnt she just come out so precious! Wyntr Wishes is one of my snowfolk Pin dolls~ not just for Chrtistmas, but the whole snowy winter season! Ahe is 6.5" tall, and I hand sculpted her head and arms from mache, and civered her with real mica to give her her frosty coat. She sparkles so pretty~ just like fresh fallen crystally snow :) Her mache box base is covered in reproduction 18th c newsprint. I have stuffed her dress solid with100% wool roving, to keep your pins and needles sharp and lightly oiled to glide thru your fabric when you stitch. Wyntr loves snow, and as you can see, she wears a silver glass glittered snowflake on her dress, and she has turned her nose up into the wind, softly sniffing the aire in anticipation of more snow. A little bandeaux of tinsel graces her little snowy skull...........precious!
